IndiGo’s instructions say to change more than 72 hours before departure, while its FAQ says up to 72 hours before departure. IndiGo’s refund and ticket-modification FAQs give the three-hour domestic and four-hour international cutoffs above. Its general booking page gives two hours for domestic changes, while its Conditions of Carriage also contain four-hour wording. Confirm the cutoff for your route, fare and booking channel directly with IndiGo or your ticket issuer. If you can, complete the change more than four hours before departure.
